        Hello! We're Gina & Kristy.

We are best friends and complements to each other in the pursuit of a lifestyle that leads to greater self-awareness and mindfulness. Gina is a Type 2w1 and Kristy is a Type 4w5, which means that we are coming at you with a lot of feelings and a lot of thoughts! We discovered the Enneagram about nine years ago and have been obsessed with it ever since. Not a day goes by that we don't talk about it. We are excited to share with you what we've learned and about our own Enneagram journeys along the way. We are also Enneagram coaches -- visit our About page to learn more.

We truly believe that the Enneagram journey is for everyone.

“The real purpose of working with the Enneagram is actually threefold:

        1. to gain greater access to all three Centers of Intelligence,
        2. to be able to use each Center as productively as possible, and
        3. to use all three Centers in an integrated way — that is, not relying on only one or two Centers but rather using all three at work, at home, when making decisions, and more.”

        Our Philosophy

We created this podcast because we love discussing the Enneagram, and for years, we’ve wanted to talk about what we’ve learned and also open up the discussion about this multifaceted personality system to others. Diving deeper to explore the patterns and nuances of our personalities and becoming more self-aware not only benefits us, but also our relationships and careers. The Enneagram system provides us a detailed map to open up and explore while navigating life’s day-to-day situations and experiences.
